Jim
Morley AIFD
of Countryside Flowers, Inc., Oklahoma, OK, offered this tip
for AIFD designers:
Color demands attention. White awakens a design.
The
manner in which white and color are presented in a design points
out an important design technique. When white is used in a design
it awakens the eye by creating an emphasis for colors in the
same composition. White
separates. The placement of each flower in a distinct and independent
grouping allows each material to stand out and be noticed with
importance.
Do YOU have
a great floral design idea or tip that you would like to share
with your fellow AIFD members? Wed love to receive it.
To do so, simply send us your tip along with any appropriate
artwork (illustration, photographs, etc.) that depicts your
concept.
In each
future issue of Focal Points well publish acceptable -
we want new ideas - suggestions. Ideas that are published will
give the contributor 5 CEUs towards maintaining accreditation.

you to our AIFD Symposium Partners
