Cancellation
Policy
Full refund if canceled by June 1. A $100 charge will be applied
to any cancellations between June 1 and June 15. There will be no
refunds made after June 15.
Dinner
Seating
IMPORTANT
Table seating
for AIFD’s two wonderful dinner events is coordinated through
an assignment of seats prior to each event. Upon check-in with the
AIFD Symposium Registration Desk in Chicago, guests who register
for either or both dinners will receive a ticket for the respective
events to which they have registered. These tickets MUST be turned
in to receive a table assignment. Guests who wish to sit with friends,
etc., need to collect all tickets before turning them in for table
assignment. Tables will not be held without tickets. If you know
that you want to sit with certain friends or family for either dinner,
be sure to coordinate the collection of tickets in advance. All
tickets must be returned for table assignments by noon on the day
of the dinner event otherwise AIFD cannot guarantee a seat for you
even if you have purchased a ticket, and no refunds will be given.
What
is Included in Full Registration?
Full
Registration includes all education sessions and all group meals
from the July 3 Opening Reception through the Final Night Dinner
on July 7 (except for the special Foundation event on Sunday night
and the SAF’s Professional Floral Communicators – International
"Keys to Communication" seminar on Monday afternoon).
The “Structure, Form and Technique” workshop presented
by the AIFD Foundation on Tuesday, July 8 also requires a separate
ticket.
