You've all heard the amazing stories of the renowned Philadelphia flower Show and the over-the-top displays AIFD contributes year after year. If you've ever wondered what it takes to put together such a creative display of talent here's your chance to see how it's all done. Attendees joined Michael O'Neill and guests as they gave an upclose and personal re-creation of the fabulous designs and history of the Philadelphia Flower Show.

MOTIVATION: Recognition for our designers and for AIFD as a group. Since we just celebrated our 15th year at the Philadelphia International Flower Show we are taking on a more mature role as an integral part of the show. Many visitors seek us out and can't wait to see what our designers have created for this year.

Before AIFD was a regular exhibitor, florists and floral event decorators from the Philadelphia market with an occasional entry from a New York firm dominated the floral design category. Always beautiful and inspiring, these exhibits were commercial in nature. AIFD brought an entirely different approach of designing to the show. With more thoughtfully conceived designs and execution of details attended to with great devotion, the AIFD designers dazzled everyone.
