Advance, On-Site Registration
With the absolutely fantastic floral design experience awaiting AIFD in Kansas City, an early registration sell-out is very likely, so be sure to register early! Advance registrations will close on June 25 and must be received with proper payment in the AIFD office by that date. Registrations, if available, will open at 8 a.m. on Friday, July 10 and again at 8 a.m. on Saturday, July 11. No checks will be accepted for on-site registrations; cash or approved credit card only.
Special Registration Options
While we always recommend the "full" registration package, this year's National Symposium offers several great options. From our traditional "Education Only" (includes all programs July 11-15, but no meals) to the "Single Day" opportunity. Enjoy all or part of the floral industry's most spectacular floral design program in a plan that fits your budget and your time commitment!

Cancellation Policy:
Full refund if cancelled by May 20. A $100 charge will be applied to any cancellations between May 21 and June 25. There will be no refunds made after June 25.
Dinner Seating - IMPORTANT:
Table seating for AIFD's two wonderful dinner events is coordinated through an assignment of seats prior to each event. Upon check-in with the AIFD Symposium Registration Desk in Kansas City, guests who register for either or both dinners will receive a ticket for the respective events to which they have registered. These tickets MUST be turned in to receive a table assignment. Guests who wish to sit with friends, etc., need to collect all tickets before turning them in for table assignment. Tables will not be held without tickets. If you know that you want to sit with certain friends or family for either dinner, be sure to coordinate the collection of tickets in advance. All tickets must be returned for table assignments by noon on the day of the dinner event otherwise AIFD cannot guarantee a seat for you even if you have purchased a ticket, and no refunds will be given.
What is included in Full Registration?
Full registration includes all education sessions and all group meals. Does not include "Creating Your Style" and "Giving Soul to Nature."
